Terms of Service

1. Cancellation Policy (Residential Jobs):

For all residential jobs, a minimum 24-hour cancellation notice is required. Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment will incur a fee equivalent to a two-hour minimum service charge at a rate of $170 per hour.


2. Payment Terms and Invoice Policy:

  • All invoices are issued on a net 30-day basis.
  • Payment is due within 30 days from the invoice date.
  • If payment is not received within 30 days, a fee of 1% of the invoice total will be added.
  • If payment remains outstanding after 60 days, an additional fee of 1.5% will be added.
  • If payment is not received within 90 days, a further fee of 3% will be applied to the invoice total.


3. Payment Processing Fees:

An additional fee of 3.25% will be applied to all electronic and credit card payments. This fee does not apply to payments made via Automated Clearing House (ACH).


By engaging our services, you acknowledge and agree to the above Terms of Service. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and it is the client's responsibility to review the terms periodically. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.
